IRDT rural innovative centre catering the service of teaching AND FOCUSING children who's week in Math ,science ,English apart from this we also encourage local sports like kabaddi, kho-kho, and celebrate local festival in order to safe guard their culture apart from this we encourage all notional festival like independence day, Republic day, during the time we conduct various events in sport, Art, Music, etc, and give prizes in order to encourage and provide plat form of to Nurture their latent potential skills.

In order to tackle the adolescent problem especially teen-age girls we started conducting survey in the local panchayath school and started dialoging with them to find out the problems and issues with the help of local volunteers.
